  • When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract directly with the respective Travel Provider. The terms and conditions of that Travel Provider (including cancellation, change, and refund policies) will apply to your booking. You should read those terms carefully.
  • We are not responsible for the Travel Providers’ services, the fulfillment of the booking, or for errors or delays caused by them.

3. Your Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking (e.g., name, contact details, payment information).
  • Comply with all terms and conditions of the Travel Provider you select, including checking-in on time, complying with all rules and restrictions, and paying all amounts due.

  • Protect your login credentials if you create an account and be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
